Have you read the headlines?  Finally, after the past few years, we are seeing improvement locally. 

The front page news throughout the US have announced that the US economy will enter "2012" on a roll, with the job market in recovery, manufacturing and retail spending up, gas prices down and the stock market posting impressive gains.

According to Forbes, if all this inter-related economic news is an indication, the housing market is poised for its happiest year in quite some time!

Check out the local stats for our area.  Although property values slipped in some school districts about 1% over 2010, many other school districts saw increases of about 1%.

Stark County is coming back strong, and more homes are being sold.  The pendulum may be shifting a bit from a buyers market to a win-win for both buyers and sellers.
