Area Market Statistic Averages

The numbers indiciated by the fourth quarter market statistics show that average number of home sales were down slightly compared to 2009 but the average sale prices for some of the areas did increase.

The real estate market is recovering slowly. If your home is on the market but not selling as quickly as you would like don't get discouraged. A slight price reduction may attract a new demographic of buyers.
